OUTSIDE SALES – FIELD
REPRESENTATIVE I

SUMMARY
Red Peacock International Inc, located in
Northridge, California, is a Nationally recognized company that has been in
business for 9 years. We are a Major Distributor for Brand Name Consumer
Electronics and Digital Photographic Equipments.
DUTIES
Sell merchandise/goods to businesses or groups of individuals. Work requires
substantial knowledge of items sold. Knowledge of principles and methods for
showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes
marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and
sales control systems. Identify prospective customers by using business
directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in
organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Negotiate with retail merchants to improve product exposure such as shelf
positioning and advertising.

COMPENSATION
Our sales representatives earn an average yearly income between $
37,764 – 79,164 based on a combination of hourly pay plus commission. Bonus
incentives are additional.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years Outside Sales experience preferred
* Understanding of closing techniques
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to solve problems independently
* Excellent math skills
* Experience using computers in a windows environment
